Rack of Lamb cooked w/ garlic n' herbs, Diced Yukon Gold Potatoes w/ garlic, olive oil, S&P, Asparagus cooked in butter, Caprese Salad.

OR instead of diced potatoes, mashed w/ a homemade gravy. My mom makes insanely good mashed potatoes n' gravy.

I doctor that shit up.

Egg drop it and add cayenne pepper. Throw some chopped chives in there.

Maybe some flank steak or chopped pork.

Shablam.

Sriracha sauce or some chili paste in there is pretty good too.

My wifes lasagna, or her fried chicken.

Not everyone has fond memories of dear ol' mom & pops.....

Dad could cook up a mean venison steak with potatoes, veggies, gravy and home made bread. Same with fish and pheasant. Always something we hunted or grew on the farm.

Mom's home made runza's are the best I've ever had.

Grandma made home made noodles and raised her own chickens and the chicken noodle soup she made is undefeated to this day.

My other grandma makes the best cookies. Chocolate chip oatmeal is superb.
