doubt the shrine game would matter much either way .. that sugar bowl catch (not-catch) is probably the most important play of danny coale's life .. bcs bowl -- game on the line -- only game on that night so EVERYONE is watching -- and he makes the catch of his life (and everyone knows it), regardless of how it was called.

wonder how many scouts started digging up tape on DC after the sugar that would've never taken a second look .. heart, effort, determination goes a long way. may not be as important as tangible measures, but danny coale will be drafted IMO

I am not ure where to put this, so why not here. On NBC Sports right now is the NFLPA Collegiate Bowl. Eddie Whitley is in this game, though I have not seen him yet. I hae seen a bunch of the other players with VT stickers though.

Speaking of Coale....did anyone see the Coale tribute they had during an ESPNU commercial during the Clemson-Maryland game tonight? It was an ESNPU segment called "for the love of the game" and it was about 20 seconds of Coale highlights.
