Even if they had that test, there would still be scouts that would say, "Yes he failed at every test we gave him, but the raw talent is there and we can teach him and make him better." They will always point to guys like Josh Allen. Anthony Richardon just completed his 9th full game as a starter and this is his stat line:

I'm not saying at all that I agree with it, but every person that sees his "upside" is going to point to Josh Allen and think that he can have the same type of turnaround.

It seems Josh Allen will always be comparison for every struggling QB. What the NFL teams need to do then is find out WHY it worked for Josh. What did he or the Bills do to right the ship and then gauge other QBnthe same way. Cause we already know what happens when they dont.

Stop the skid early and hit reset.

Lemme just add that i saw this firsthand with Trubisky and then Fields. And it just seemed some analists would point to a specific number of games that everything would just click for them.

Pretty clear there was no click. There may have been progress or improvment, but not enough.
