L. Bell is intriguing, and I still think he's superior to Gus, it's just that there's no recent tape that he's put out in the past calender year or so to provide evidence to that theory. So it's nothing more than my opinion that Gus sucks and that Bell isn't completely spent at this point.
Did you hear the Ravens just signed Trenton Cannon to their 53-man roster?
Yet Bell remains on the practice squad.
You must be ready to explode?

the utter lack of passing game involvement worries me on his post-prime career. not an NFL coach, but I feel like they just don't give him those opportunities, even though I haven't seen him falter in the few he gets.
May be just a stamina question. Dude’s already at almost 400 touches. Others can catch, but nobody there can rush like he does. If they step down his carries later they may step up his catches.

Ravens signed RB Trenton Cannon.

The Ravens have suffered a number of brutal injuries at the running back position, starting with J.K. Dobbins tearing his ACL in the summer followed by Justice Hill going down with a torn Achilles' tendon. Ty'Son Williams is currently slated to back up Gus Edwards but Cannon could take a small piece of that role away. Cannon is a small speedster but only has 48 carries in three years of play. He figures to be a placeholder for Le'Veon Bell, who is currently getting up to speed while on Baltimore's practice squad.

yikes

FL Network's Ian Rapoport reports Gus Edwards suffered a "potentially significant knee injury" in Thursday's practice and is undergoing further testing.

Stunningly, Edwards and Marcus Peters apparently went down on back-to-back players with seemingly serious ailments. The Athletic confirms there is "definite concern among Ravens officials that these are major injuries." At the very least, it would appear Edwards will miss Monday's opener against the Raiders. Were Edwards be lost for the year, he would be the third Ravens back to suffer a season-ending injury in a matter of weeks, joining J.K. Dobbins and Justice Hill. Ty'Son Williams can be penciled in as the Week 1 starter with free agent addition Le'Veon Bell changing the pace. Both should be 100 percent rostered in re-draft leagues as we wait for more news.

Should I drop Gio Bernard or Michael Gallup for Bell? Owned Dobbins, then Gus, then Tyson.
