This is my favorite picture of Robert Kraft walking out of the Jupiter, FL police station.

Haha, well, like they say every draft, the RB is the easiest transition from college to pro, so Im sure if the kid is coach able, and by all accounts he is, he'll make that transition eventually.

I would tend to agree with whoever Benjamin Solak is though. It'd be a stretch to assume he's leading the backfield this year. I dunno, maybe way late, if that.
But, if he can get around 3 touches to every 5-6 for Love/Barber, its easy to foresee a scenario where he produces more fantasy value.
I think it should be Love and Gibson if they want to build. Every touch they waste on Barber just stunts their growth unless it is to give them a breather.

Pro Football Talk's Mike Florio reports a "couple of teams" have already inquired about free agent Adrian Peterson.
Peterson is naturally being linked to any organization that did its due diligence with Leonard Fournette — Patriots, Bills, Bears — the moment he was released. It also makes sense the Jaguars check in on the 35-year-old given his history with OC Jay Gruden. The veteran could still re-sign with Washington after Week 1 since his salary would no longer be guaranteed at that point.

So in a draft last night, a person took CEH over Cook, Elliot and Kamara.

I find that absolutely crazy. Anyone else have CEH that high?

How high he rated doesn't make any sense to me. He doesnt have breakaway speed and because of his size is really unlikely to be the goalline RB.

Do I have completely the wrong take on him?

even if he's good, I just can't buy someone at their absolute ceiling over some safer RBs in the 1st round of drafts.

I don't think you looking at it incorrectly, but there are some out there that think he's in line for 250-300 touches in that high-powered chiefs offense. I think 150-200 is more realistic, pushing him into territory where I know I won't be able to draft him this year.

Thank you.

I was thinking I was the only one thinking that way. Nearly everyone let out a huge groan when the guy took him last night. If I was the guy who was drafting 6th, I would have been doing dancing and popping champagne that I got one of the top 5 RB's to fall to me.

Wow... Guice & Peterson both gone. Gibson, Barber & Love will lead the RBBC?

rumor that its the Chiefs, Bears, and Pats

Jaguars make the most sense to me with Gruden being there and a clear need for a vet

Yep. Bryce Love has a lot of hype too. Will be interesting to see how it plays out

It appears I may have to start Love week 1 in one of my dynasty league because of injuries/cuts(Monty and AD) so I have my fingers crossed he gets a decent amount of touches
