You fell victim to one of the classic blunders.
Sleeper Isaih Pacheco!
Sleeper Isaih Pacheco!
I put him on the table in D2 leading up to our draft, ZERO nibbles let alone bites
Wait. Darryl Wiliams from the OL?Sleeper Isaih Pacheco!

Yep, the UDFA center...not exactly a boon to any RB, whether he was gonna play on the line or notWait. Darryl Wiliams from the OL?
For Funchess's sake, I hope not.Is this like when Kelvin Benjamin tried to switch ?
Was it Benjamin that loved the Chinese food or was that Eddie Lacy? lolFor Funchess's sake, I hope not.
I dunno if he's got anything of what it takes to play the TE position, but unlike his former teamate, he has never been a Macy's Thansgiving Day parade balloon either, and was definitely a better WR. Good luck to him.

There have been some rumblings about an Anderson for Baker deal but it’s awful. Anderson’t contract is shitty and rhe Browns likely still have to cover most of Baker’s salary. Not to mention, Anderson is a nutjob yikesssI kinda think Anderson is next in line for the latest psychotic WR role, but that's just me.
The Fantasy Doctors' Jesse Morse believes Seahawks RB Chris Carson (neck) likely underwent multi-level ACDF surgery.
This would be worse than single level surgery, as two-level ACDF is harder to come back from. Ex-Giants RB David Wilson retired at age-23 after the surgery, while former Colts RB Ahmad Bradshaw returned in nine months
yes, at age 29, Bradshaw did return in nine months, where he then played in 6 games, gained 31 yards and promptly retired.
What exactly was the hope in putting those two little factoids together? Sure Bradshaw did play again, not exactly noteworthy though, and he probably shouldn't have
To be fair they don't actual write anything themselves, they just post opinions or thoughts others put out on the internet. This Mack article is quoting Aaron Reiss ( who ever the heck he is) from the Athletic's which is a subscription site that needs to attract customers and giving hot takes garners attention. These edge dudes just make my blood boil-
The Athletic's Aaron Reiss believes the Texans will "lean on" Marlon Mack early in the season.
Mack, 26, rushed for 1,091 yards and scored eight touchdowns in 2019, his last season as a starter for Indianapolis. He was phased out of the Colts' backfield in 2021 as Jonathan Taylor and Hyheim Hines took over
That's not at all what happened. They completely glossed over the ruptured achilies in week 1 of 2020, which cost him all of that year and most of '21. And he wasn't 'phased out', he simply was a sloth upon his return and couldnt force his way back onto the field, leading to 'healthy' scratches most of the year.
Why anyone would consider him to be the 'assumed starter' is well beyond me. I assume the rookie or Burkhead.

They author the little blurb/analysis, after the quote. The athletic 'reporter' is an idiot to begin with, but they take it a step further in thier little addition to it. And it's within that section where it bugs me as to them rewriting historyTo be fair they don't actual write anything themselves, they just post opinions or thoughts others put out on the internet. I'd use Twitter, but ever since the announced sale to Elon, I get inundated with "I'm a 40yr old milf, am I still hot enough for you?" fishing posts.don't forget we're in the dead period for NFL news too, so they really try to grasp at anything that will get some clicks. Once I started seeing too many inconsistencies with the Edge writers putting their own spin on stories, I stopped going to that site altogether and use twitter for "breaking news". They'd bash a player one week in-season as a bad waiver add, find out they were wrong, then try to back peddle and make it seem like they weren't bashing the player previously....the kind of shit you'd expect from ESPN/Yahoo/SeeBS/NBC/etc - fantasy for the masses, with advice from the asses.
I've never had that problem with twitter, but I don't tweet and only reply to a tweet once in a blue moon. Heck of a lot of fake accounts that fool you into believing bogus news, but Twitter definitely is first on breaking news if you can filter out the BS.I'd use Twitter, but ever since the announced sale to Elon, I get inundated with "I'm a 40yr old milf, am I still hot enough for you?" fishing posts.
Never got a single one before that day, and ever since then anywhere from 5 to 12 a day. I uninstalled it and deleted the app.
