MLS....come to STL!!!
great combo to nab if you go WR heavy to start, but I'd want them both, not just Hill or just Gio, unless PPR, then i'd settle for just Gio.
Sorry, but...
Manziel says he's going sober starting July 1
View attachment 132623
Ex-NFL QB Johnny Manziel said he's going "completely sober" starting this Friday, July 1.
"No booze, eating right and training like crazy." Those were apparently Manziel's words to TMZ Sports. JFF also said he's determined to make an NFL comeback and ready to get back to work. Only after two more days of binge drinking and partying. We'd be shocked if Manziel plays in 2016.

I know last season they were experimenting during training camp with Burkhead in the slot, but a healthy Jones and Sanu negated that need. Wonder if they might revisit that idea, a hard nosed RB mentality in a Wes Welker type body, could be a nice novelty, not a terrible option in a deeper PPR leagueHere we go again with these two...of course, at this point it's just reporter/speak, but it certainly could come true.
Giovani Bernard - RB - Bengals
Bengals.com's Geoff Hobson believes Cincinnati could use more two-back sets with Tyler Eifert's (ankle) availability in question.
With Marvin Jones and Mohamad Sanu leaving in free agency and Eifert hurt, the Bengals are desperate for receiving weapons. Free-agent addition Brandon LaFell and second-rounder Tyler Boyd will be asked to fill some of that void, but a bigger role for Giovani Bernard in the passing game should be part of the answer as well. He and Jeremy Hill could find themselves on the field together often this season.

I don't know about hot, but becuase of the being used in the slot rumblings, he had a little talk going.Burkhead was kind of a hot sleeper pick for awhile last year, wasn't he?
Makes me regret not picking Gillislee in the coma league. The hell is goin' on in Buffalo?
Karlos Williams hit with four-game suspension

NFL suspended Bills RB Karlos Williams four games for violating the league's substance abuse policy.
Williams' offseason just keeps getting worse. The second-year back was held out of minicamp after showing up 20-25 pounds overweight, and this suspension won't help him get out of Rex Ryan's doghouse. "As an organization, we are disappointed that Karlos has put himself in this situation," said the Bills in a statement. "Poor decisions such as this affect not only the individual, but the entire Bills organization." Williams is eligible to return against the Rams in Week 5. Following rookie Jonathan Williams' DUI arrest, Mike Gillislee is now the heavy favorite to open the season as LeSean McCoy's top backup.
Now we know why he reported to camp overweight and out of shape. .that's what happens when you crave doritos constantlyThe hell is goin' on in Buffalo?

No but I just snagged him in dynastyMakes me regret not picking Gillislee in the coma league.
tis why reuben randle survived my fantasy trading, the only oneAgholor having poor offseason
Nelson Agholor, WR PHI

Eagles WR Nelson Agholor "hasn't come anywhere close" to stepping up and taking control of the #2 WR job so far this offseason, according to insider Eliot Shorr-Parks. "The issues with drops that plagued him last year continued into OTAs," Shorr-Parks says. That's on top of the strip club incident that got Agholor accused of sexual assault. Shorr-Parks predicts that Reuben Randle will win the team's #2 WR job. We'll track the battle through training camp, although neither Agholor nor Randle is a good bet for reliable fantasy value.
Meh, not in my mind. If he's signed to any team, any situation, I see a very miniscule affect to whomever is already there.Arian Foster - RB - Free Agent
The Miami Herald reports the Dolphins are expected to "at least seriously consider" making free agent Arian Foster a contract offer if he shows well at Monday's tryout.
Beat writer Barry Jackson does allow "it's hardly assured that they would." The Dolphins should know that Foster's free agent market isn't exactly hot, and they may start out with a minimum salary offer including some incentives. If Foster's Lions tryout is to go down, he could conceivably try to create a small bidding war between the two teams. Foster tore his Achilles' tendon last Week 7 and is nine months removed from the injury. He turns 30 in August.
well that clouds ajay's top 10 potental ehhh

First, no RB in NFL history has been more than minimally successful at coming back from a torn achilles. None have been successful at all trying it as old as Foster is, so I'll honestly be shocked if anyone gives him a real shot to begin with. So even if he is given a chance, and even IF he's effective enough to earn a meaningful role wherever it may be, his history suggests that if they use him enough to negatively affect the RB's already there, he'll be hurt again by week 5, so his "impact" will be minimal at worst, even given his absolute best case scenario.
The idiocy of the Phins staff apparently has no bounds.Saw he signed - - guess we will find out. Either way, it does exactly instill a high level of confidence in Ajayi by Miami. .....
That part I'm all for, might actually make his way into my draft board now that he'll actually get drafted more in line with his actual value.Jay Ajayi should drop down some boards. He was getting overdrafted imo to begin with, might actually get some value now.
