The Patriots declared RB Rhamondre Stevenson (healthy scratch) out for Week 7 against the Jets.​

The Patriots also declared LB Dont'a Hightower, TE Devin Asiasi, OLB Ronnie Perkins, CB Shaun Wade and G Yasir Durant inactive for Week 7. J.J. Taylor is active this week and should get some receiving work. The Patriots backfield continues to be completely unpredictable behind Damien Harris. Theoretically there should be value from a running back in the James White role, but in recent weeks that role has been split by Brandon Bolden and whichever rookie running back Bill Belichick is less angry with that week

It sucks when you have Chubb and Cook and because of injuries and byes you are down to Ronald Jones and Stevenson as the only two RBs playing on your roster. So now I had to drop someone to pick up Elijaa Penny just to have a full lineup.

12 team PPR league with half of them being new. I just kept drafting RB's and was able to snag a few guise off the wire. Traded a guy who Autodrafted half of his team Conner fer AB in week 1 just so he could field a team...............lol

I had him pegged for a 8-10 touch, 60 yard, and a score type day..maybe even 2 scores.
Harris fumbled and was nicked up, Bolden was buggered up, Taylor is a schmuck, why not?

I haven't heard of any glaring issues, and haven't been able to watch either of the 2 Patriot games where Stevenson was active, so..?? far as I am aware, his only issue was the fumble in week 1. Surely there's more to it than that.

To touch on the numbers though.. yes, 17 for 48 is rather unimpressive, but to put it into perspective, 8 touches for 92 and a score is, and that's the most recent numbers we've seen. Not to try and say he's been a stud, but he's certainly had moments that are impressive.

I just hope he can get whatever it is figured out so that we can finally get a decent sample size to say yay or nay on the dude.

Well, Mac is Lobster Boat Captain's biggest investment - get that dinged, you'll sit.

Stevenson had to go to JUCO cuz of bad grades and got suspended at Oklahoma for failing a drug test. So maybe not the smartest. He's got the build to be a decent pass-blocker, I think - just gotta see if he wants to put in the work.

Last week he missed a couple blocking assignments, but he scored after that so I thought he would be good to go this week.
