NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports Texans WR Brandin Cooks (foot, neck) will not play in Week 14 against the Bears.​

This refutes the initial report that Cooks would play through the injuries. It's possible that he suffered a setback or that the first report was simply off base. Either way, the Texans will be down to Coutee as their top receiving option with Chad Hansen taking on a significant role as well. Coutee projects as a viable WR2 while Hansen looks more like a speculative dart-throw this week.

Shocker. The Buccaneers will have Ronald Jones, LeSean McCoy, and rookie Ke'Shawn Vaughn all available at running back — emphasis on Jones' outlook. The latter suddenly slides in as a top-10 option with Fournette out.
