I’ve had 2 complete shoulder reconstructions, a acl-pcl, glute-tfl, complete meniscus removal, and 50%horizantal meniscal tear and removal. I also have some medical knowledge in rehab. But it is what it is. I find normally most arguments are always met with counter arguments. Off the top of my head I remember arguing how Jamal Charles was gonna be fine, or Cobbs ac joint injury wouldn’t affect him. Point is u can recover, it’s no guarantee though. Much less for. Guy that hasn’t played a down in the nfl.

Wasn't until I started eating that I realized my shoulder wasn't just sore. Then started sweating profusely. Then my buddy noticed my bone looking like a tent.
