Well, you know if that's the deal they did, then that's the best deal they got offered, but I am very surprised by that too. That also means that chances are pretty good they won't resign Ajayi, but it is the damn Eagles. They do like to have 15 running backs on their roster and use every one of them during a game.

Maybe I'm bias but Howard is a great blocking RB. Attached an article earlier in the week, someone from USAToday wrote a piece about Howard. Author basically said Howard has better after-the-catch numbers than Cohen. Problem is, Bears just chose not to throw to him often.

I dont get it either. They chose to pay Davis more than Howard would have made and lost the possibility of a comp pick. Howard is somewhat athletically limited but he is more than adequate in the two down role IMO.
