Hyde scored a ton of fantasy points today, but I'd still be scared to start him moving forward. Only 28 rushing yards today. He normally won't get as many receiving yards as he got today. Besides today's game, there was only one other game this season where he scored a TD. He's TD-dependent on a Niners team that doesn't score many TD's.

As a 49er fan, what’s your take on what the 49ers do with Hyde? Resign, trade or just hope for a comp pick?

Nothing would surprise me, but I think they are probably trying to re-sign him for as cheap of a deal as possible, figuring that Hyde will choose the safety of a new deal rather than risking injury before he would hit the free agent market next offseason. With Hyde being as injury-prone as he has been so far in his career, he might re-sign for cheap. I'm guessing that the Niners are entertaining trade offers until something is done with Hyde. With RB's seeming to be in abundant supply from the college ranks and with winning seeming to be a low priority for the Niners, I don't think that they would care too much about losing Hyde in free agency if he doesn't want to re-sign on a team friendly deal.
