would assume Thielen has a nice day (100+ yds and a TD), as game script and increased volume should give him the opportunity.

So do the 49ers try to showcase Hyde? Heard speculation that Hyde has a hip problem, thus Breida getting the touches last week. If that's actually the case, then the 49ers probably continue feeding Breida. I'm going to make a leap and insert Breida into my flex spot in the Barbarian league.

Bye week, so got to bank on some backups. Hyde is made of glass so I believe the rumors of a hip problem. Would explain why Breida got the touches last week. Going to take my chances. I’ll let you know how it turns out.

49ers will stick to the hot hand cover. Heck it’s not even a cover, Breida look pretty good last week. Who said anything about not playing at all? Not me.

They showcased him for 4 weeks, they ain't getting anything more for him if they give him 30 touches this week. Contract year, year a third gone, pretty much assured he hits free agency, they ain't getting much either way. A non IR'ed Hyde makes more sense than a showcased Hyde. Either way, start stashing McNichols if you missed out on Brieda (or even if you have Brieda)...I believe he's the real reason they'd be willing to let Hyde walk (and Joe Williams next year)

Pretty sure the 49ers rank around 20th in rushing yards, passing yards and points. (Which is essentially the lower third of the NFL.)
Yet they think getting rid of Hyde will make them better (or status quo).
