I’ve seen his move back the Psquad called “procedural”.

Don’t know the reason for the move, but it seems temporary.

It's protocol, basically, since they can only keep X amount of players on the active roster.
Then there's your injured players, doubtful players, and the ever-popular game-day scratches that allow coaches to make those moves.

I think it allows them to have more guys at practice this week, then they'll move him back up before game day. Pretty sure there's a limit to the # of times per season before the player has to stay on your active roster or be waived

"Teams now have more flexibility with using practice squad players on game day. PS players can be activated on game day before the team announces their inactives (90 minutes before game time). The player doesn’t have to be elevated from the PS to the main roster for the move. This can happen with up to two practice squad players per week. A player is now able to be elevated three times per season. To be activated a fourth time requires the player to be signed to the regular roster."

so basically, Henderson 'reverting' to the PS actually means he was never technically on the active roster to begin with, he was just one of the two exceptions that particular week.

Colts coaching staff has said all along that they planned to take a few weeks to ramp him up, and since Taylor only took 10 snaps (15%) last week, I'm expecting ~30% snaps this week, then ~50% next week, then workhorse going forward.

he was one of those guys on my list but I didn't feel like I had a pick available for him in this league since I was so heavy on the 2nd round.

I did not have him valued as a 2nd round pick on draft day, but did draft him 34th overall in one after getting him at 46th overall in Old School

I didn't even draft him. Treff threw him in as part of the deal when I sent him George Kittle just to clear a roster space. And I appreciate that.
