Fantasy: Alex Smith or Michael Vick

Who would you guys start this week?

Vick is @Home against the Giants who just shut down Newton

Smith is on the road against the Jets as we all know who are without Revis.

I'm leaning to going with Smith. Vick has the potential to have huge games, but his line has not shown the ability to protect him and the Giants have one of the best Defensive Lines in the league right now. Then again it could be a high scoring game and Vick has his moments.

I don't expect a huge a game from Alex but I also don't expect turnovers. I think Smith has another 2 TD 200 yard game as the 49ers look to rebound from the embarrassing loss.

Vick is a riskier option because that Giant Defensive line is going to be coming for him. He's always prone to injury and turnovers. With that being said, he is capable of getting you more points than Alex.

I expect Alex to come up with at least 200 yards and a couple of TD's. Still, it's low risk low reward with him.

in this particular instance, will agree on Alex Smith. not that he'll be a fantasy stud, but more because don't think Vick will have a good game.

i'm looking at it like the lesser of the evils, but again, just for this instance.

I have a similar dilemma...

but I have to choose between Vick @NYG or Locker @HOUSTON.

Help please! Tennessee is not going to be able to run the ball vs. Houston, and Houston will run all over them with Foster and Tate, and the Houston front 7 is gonna pin their ears back and get after Locker.

But Locker had a big game against DET.

I'd use Smith this week because the Jets play man coverage. Smith excells against man coverage because he doesn't have to read the defenses and worry about what type of zone coverages they'll be usiong. Without Revis the jets man coverage will not be effective but it is too late for them to change this week. Smith will have a big game.

Flacco. Green Bay is going to be out for blood this week and Brees and the Saints will be their victim.

I have Vick and Fitzpatrick on my team. I kind of want to start Fitzpatrick but not sure if I can pull that off.

Vicks tough to bench because of his potential.
