From a personal perspective, I would love it to be the Rams. For the team's sake, I'm glad it's not - too much distraction.

It was the wrong year for the Rams and Hard knocks. The fact that Michael Sam is in the equation would be all kind of distraction and would not focused on the whole team.

Dodged a bullet is right. But unfortunately sooner or later this nonsense will come to St. Louis. Just hope it's not such a distraction that it derails any chemistry or mojo a potential playoff team has going for it. Being in the top echelon of the league is a fragile thing, and not that the Rams are there yet, but in the future I'd hate to see something like Hard Knocks knock down our chances with their silliness.

Poor Steven Jackson..........I really do feel for the guy. He made a bad decision to go to the Falcons. But how does someone really know that a team will for from what 14-2 or 13-3 to what they did last year.

I agree with Jacob. What? What am I saying? Oh well. Anyway, SJ was our best player and gave it all he had for many years. He left it all on the field every time he played for us. Can't blame him for wanting to taste the playoffs and an opportunity to possibly play for a championship and if anybody deserved it it was him. Yeah, the Falcons are perennial chokers, but the Rams were perennial non-participants as far as playoffs.

im just saying the pats or the packers (heck even the saints) have better playoff records then the falcons...

I agree. But you can only say that in hindsight. Atlanta looked as formidable as any of those other teams at the beginning of the year. If the Rams can't win, I will root for SJ and the Falcons this season. Not that I have any preference for Atlanta, but simply because of SJ's loyalty to the Rams all those years. He is one of the good guys of the league.
