That was the worst pile of bullshit coaching I have ever witnessed!
I’m not so sure about that. And this snooperbowl team should know by now that you don't pack up shop and go home in the Third Quarter like Ramsey did. Good grief. We are going to be 1-2 after next week if this bullshit keeps up.
If only they had an average QB, they would be even betterWith all of their Number one picks additions for the Geeants, they are 2-0.
Entirely possible Retro.Even though the Cards look bad this year, the Rams with their staff of fuck-up coaches will find a way to get their asses beat. It is happening like it did in 2019.
When will they learn? Here is what some pundits are saying already. This article basically states that the Rams chose the wrong punter in their supposed punter competition. Dixon is horrible and his kicks for the first two weeks has him sitting at 23rd best. Dixon's max kicks are like in the 45-yard range. The Rams STs are in trouble again. See for yourself.
Deja Vu? Did the LA Rams dismiss the wrong punter(s)?
In LA Rams News: Is it Deja Vu all over again? Did the LA Rams dismiss the wrong punter(s)? Riley Dixon's blocked punt places punting in chaos.ramblinfan.com
McVay is too stubborn RetroJust got done watching the game highlights. Alaric Jackson at Right Guard will and should be a fixture. He played very well. Coleman Shelton at Center should be a fixture. He played very well. Havenstein is playing very well and Edwards decided he wanted to join the 2022 season. Relegate Allen to back-up role when he returns. No sacks today came-up the middle. If the Rams don't trade him for picks he should sit. Anchrum need not hurry back from his injury. Jackson is playing lights-out. Evans does well as the Jumbo addition in that formation.
The receiving corp looks like they are in mid-season form. Higbee had a big day. Kupp of course had a monster day and Skowronek is a keeper. Darryl Henderson is way ahead of Akers and he should see the majority of snaps at RB. I don't think Akers is the same back that he was before his Achilles rupture.
Bobby Wagner single handedly saved this defense today. He had two sacks and quite a few unassisted tackles. He stopped runs inside, cold. The D-Line needs to learn how to wrap and tackle. Far too many whiffed tackles from that bunch. Scott needs to learn to hang onto the ball after an INT and the rookie Cobie Durant needs to be a fixture on this defense. Which leads me to Jalen Ramsey.
I don't know what is up with him. Whether it is attitude or something physical where he isn't fully healed that is bothering him, but he got routinely beat bad today by receivers that are not necessarily top tier receivers. He is often out of place and lolligagging around like he is some sort of elite that doesn't need to do much. He is not the same shut-down Number 1 corner of old. That was very clear today. He gave up two TDs alone. Something is not right with him and if he is not fully healed, or he has gone divo on the Rams, they should sit him or move him for draft picks.
The team is starting to get better but they still need work. AD did not put much of an effort into today. At times, AD had the same Diva attitude that Ramsey has. Lewis, Hollins, Gaines and A-Rob were indeed better today. We should do everything humanly possible to extend Gaines. He is playing quite well.
We shall see how the team responds to the Cardinals. The Rams are going to need another improved effort from everyone to win in Phoenix.
