I'd stay away from Britt, he's an idiot. How many times has he been arrested again? 4-5??? I lost count.

:agree: no need to target pac man jones part dew

Britt has been an idiot in his career. That's why he'd be cheap and very little risk. Pacman cleaned up his act quite a bit in CIN, just saying.

yeah i especially like his arrest early this season . there are better options then britt and i am not sure we need a wr at that

WR is a huge need as RG3 is basically throwing to Garcon or Reed each pass play. Moss and Morgan are gone for sure and will save us good cap space. Robinson has not progressed and it a 1 trick pony. Hankerson gets 1 more year to progress. We will have a gapping hole at the #2 WR spot. RG3 needs more weapons to be successful.

On a positive Hankerson side...that was a helluva route today where he made the defender fall to the ground.

i would rate ILB , safety (both ) RT , LG C RG P as all being greater needs then WR . why ? because i feel some of our passing troubles stem from QB play

i know moss is done , i know hankerson is a work in progress, i know morgan is overpaid , and robinson is trying to break through , but we can get by with what we have for now unless a fitz becomes available but dont sell me on the walking hamstring tear austin or the convict britt or the ever injured hicks

in yesterdays game we all saw that RG3 locks onto Reed and Garcon while morgan , hank and others are wide open . now talk to me when RG3 sees the field better and those guys arent making plays

I don't know about that. We will enter next preseason with basically 2 NFL WRs on the roster. Moss is gone. No way we re-sign Morgan to anything close to what he is making now, so he is probably gone. Robinson just can't be counted on and is not a legitimate NFL receiver, but a one trick pony, he is gone. We need to pick up a solid NFL WR that can contribute 60+ catches a year and 800+ Yds. This will help take some of the double teams off Garcon. While RG3 is struggling right now, he is not helped by our WR corps. We need another legitimate threat to open up our passing game.

As far as other must haves next year. We must replace London. We must address the interior of our OL with a solid FA at either C or LG. We must find at least one competent NFL S. Then there are the needs. We need to replace our RT. We need to replace our G/C/G combo. We need to settle on a long term solution for R OLB (Rak, Jackson, whomever). We need to address our CB situation (resign Hall or Wilson or Biggers or FA).

who is that 60 rec 800 yd wr ? i think hank can be that guy if targeted more and do we need that with the emergence of reed ? as for robinson he is a viable 5 or 6th guy right now which is all we need

Haven't researched FA WRs, but there have to be a couple of solid #2s that will be available for not too much money.....maybe they can also return kicks?

KFFL - 2014 NFL Free Agents

out of that list of FA wr's i see danario alexander as being the only one who fits the age /health (?) requirements

i see boldin as being able to grab 60 balls but age is a factor

the others i question whether they fit the bill

i like hicks but he is always injured

drafting a guy could be an option

i think we should focus on ILB , O/line and DBs in FA at this point

Erick Decker would be a fantastic pick up and would compliment Garcon nicely.

I think there are a few NFL CBs that would argue that point with you. He is sneaky fast and knows how to find the opening in a secondary and he has great hands. There will be a bidding war for his services, he may be more costly than we want to spend. I would take him in a heartbeat as he is a playmaker when its crunch time.

Pretty sure he is a free agent next year unless he recently inked a long term deal with the broncos.
