Consider the source. NJ.com
You can really see what a lying piece of shit Flores is. Comparing his own sorry ass to MLK, Rosa Parks and Malcom X. Good lord.

Naming the Reggie McKenzie experience with the Raiders in this lawsuit is absurd.

The first thing McKenzie did was fire Hugh Jackson and hire trash assed Dennis Allen.

McKenzie was with the Raiders for 6 years and had one winning season and went through 3 head coaches. His teams went 4-12, 4-12, 7-9. 12-4, 6-10, and 4-12. A grand total of 37-59 as a GM. But sure, it was racist to fire him...

I don't really give a shit about the Dolphins, but the one who should have been fired was whomever was responsible for drafting Tua instead of Justin Herbert.

I find it ironic that the guy who says he's not difficult to work with is busy trying to bury bodies on his way out....Seems like a trait that would certainly show itself over a few years, and certainly would be difficult to work with...

They shouldn't be able to legislate it. These are privately owned businesses owned by billionaires who are not going to be told who they have to hire.
It's rare when you and I agree. But this is spot on. If I'm an owner, and I'm given a pool of candidates, and it turns out a coach who happens to be the best fit for my organization happens to be white, you can't undermine me as an owner and say I have to hire someone else in that position who's a minority.

I pretty much agree with both comments here. Haha. Bill either did some brilliant move to fuck somebody over or he really is beginning to show his age.

Honestly, I think Daboll was probably the right choice for the Giants and while they may have violated the Roonie Rule I don't find anything racist in them hiring the guy they knew they wanted before somebody else snatched him up.

The claims against the Broncos are meh IMO. Possibly true but if I found out John Elway was a fucking asshole I wouldn't be shocked.

The shit with the Dolphins on the other hand seems pretty intense. If Flores can prove any of it then that's going to reek.
Look at what Daboll did with Josh Allen. If I'm the Giants, I need to know if Daniel Jones is the guy or not as his rookie deal is almost done and that 2nd contract is coming. Time to shit or get off the pot with him. If Daboll can't fix Daniel Jones, you know you need to move on. The move makes absolute sense. I can tell you how Flores screwed up in a multitude of ways with how he handled Tua and tanking down in Miami.

Because they are the ones who can’t stay out of trouble. I couldn’t find any examples of white players in trouble. They are much smarter and stay out of trouble
Dude, it's not tied to race. There are also white players that find themselves in trouble also.

Dolphins fans want Chris Grier gone. I didn't care that Flores got fired, I'm pissed that Grier got to stay on as well. But Stephen Ross is a joke as an owner, so not surprising.

Flores was in Miami for 3 years and each year their was a constant overhaul of his staff.

The question arises why is he throwing Belichick under the bus ? They appear to have a friendly relationship and BB was his mentor.
I'm not convinced he has not talked to Belichick.
Belichick talks to a lot of people but rarely near a microphone or reporter.....

Yes BB doesn’t enjoy being in the media spotlight. I would think he’s disappointed with his protégé doing this to him.
