Father in-law was a Cleveland homicide detective. He used to work a lot of the games back in the 70-80's. He's passed away now, but had a lot of great behind the scenes stories.

I don't remember the exactly year anymore although it was the Dwayne Rudd helmet throwing game where he threw his helmet in the air before time expired, got a 15 penalty & the Browns lost the game on a FG.

Very true. Their hay day was in the 50's w/ Otto Graham. And the Browns won their last NFL championship in '64. Eight years before I was born.
