I enjoyed Age of Ultron, probably ranks 5th or 6th in the MCU movies.

Anybody read any Hulk comics? Is it worthwhile? If so what story arc?
Thanks for the spoiler-free review. I have been avoiding everything Marvel related (SHIELD included) until I see it (probably this weekend) and was curious as to whether it was any good or not.

You'll enjoy it for sure. If you like Marvel then you'll like this movie.

did anyone here watch Batman vs Robin??? The new animated DC movie...

I was a big fan of it... Really love all the DC animated films much more than any live action DC Superhero movie...

even though I have not read much of the NEW 52 comics, I LOVE how this movie and I guess the comics too, have tried to answer the death of Bruce Wayne's parents... This whole court of the Owls is very cool...

Most of them are pretty amazing. Under the Red Hood and the 90's Mask of the Phantasm are probably my favs.

DC has always been top notch with their animated movies. Under the Red Hood was one of my favorite. It's arguably better than some live action films that have been released.

I gotta check out Batman vs Robin though. Sounds interesting

Yup it's definitely good. I made the mistake by going into it the first viewing with sky high expectations and watched it in 3D IMAX (free ticket)...gave it a 7.5/10 initially.

2nd viewing in 2D without any expectations and I gave it about a 8.5/10

I was thinking of going iMax 2D. Is that the proper screen to go?

I have yet to find an IMAX 2D (only reg 2D) for any Marvel film in my area (Seattle). Marvel tends to do 3D and 3D only. I hate that, because I love the better sound and large screen but not a fan of the 3D.

I heard Infinity Wars will be shot entirely in IMAX though. Wonder if Marvel will continue to throw in the 3D wrench.

I have a theater just a couple miles away with 2 I max screens. They typically show the same movie on each, one 3D, one 2D, then show the same movie on a reg 2D screen as well.

Looks like Doomsday will be in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. He's my favorite Superman villain.

Do of have actual Imax? Or LIEmax?

I refuse to pay extra to watch anything in Imax anymore. Those fuckers whored out their name to make a couple extra dollars. Very few things have ever made me more angry than thinking about what Imax did. Maybe dealing with Comcast customer support is the only thing I can think of off the top of my head that is more infuriating.

The motion picture Suicide Squad is progressing well in Toronto. Here is some action chase scene info involving Batman attempting to catch The Joker & Harley Quinn as the pair of villains speed away in the Jokers vehicle.

Here are some of the photos... you can see more in the link above.

I was curious about what kind of car they were basing the Joker's car on. Lambo? Ferrari? Nope!

It's actually a real modern car, and it's really stupid.

It's a Vaydor G35, which is an Infinity G35 with a $50,000 kit added to make it look like something exotic.

It's a huge cast for this movie, but I can't imagine Batfleck having nothing more than a few token scenes in this movie since it will center around the Suicide Squad plot line and Batman vs Superman is out next summer as well.

I have to hold back the vomit in my mouth even mentioning Batfleck is now already making a 2nd appearance in a move as the bat. FU Hollywood.

Yup... Batman vs Superman release date is currently set for March 25 2016, and a little over 4 months later on August 5, Suicide Squad is currently set for release.

Also, the Suicide Squad storyline centers around the criminal team partially working their sentences off as a result of Amanda Waller of ARGUS recruiting the villains after they are imprisoned. So, my guess is this scene would appear to be somewhat near the beginning of the film just prior to The Joker & Harley Quinn being captured by Batman. I am guessing this will probably be the only part of the film featuring Batman?

Yeah, a lot of photos have surfaced from the sets of Suicide Squad. From the entire squad in action, to Joker in a non traditional silver suit with a burgundy button up unbuttoned, to the joker mobile (or joker lambo), to harley getting smacked by joker...almost feels like those who are following the latest on this movie are literally getting too much revealed.

So far the take on this film has been interesting. I'm not sure where I stand on this majestic neon Joker just yet. I trust Jared to give his best take of The Joker, but the direction they are taking with these characters with the more colorful and punk rock feel to it is a bit worrisome.

The tone I got from Batman V Superman was exactly what I wanted. David Ayer (directed Fury and End of Watch, wrote Training Day) is the director for Suicide Squad so I'm hoping the film is similar in tone to Fury and a bit of Training Day. But so far all the set photos indicate otherwise.

We'll see once the first trailer comes out. I'm most interested in finally hearing Leto's Joker voice.

I just think you'll have to walk into the suicide squad movie treating it as a non-saga, stand alone project compared to the Nolan movies and the current superman series that crates a sense of continuous storyline. DC is going with darker movies than the Marvel fare, and I can appreciate that. Some called the new superman movie too dark, but I really liked that presentation. It presented to universe sized scope of superman very well.

The dark knight movie set the Joker character to such a high bar, your just going to have to accept this will probably be a very different version of the Joker. I'm looking forward to the suicide squad. The cast looks amazing on paper, especially how many DC characters are in this flick. Wow.
