It's an odd season. With 5 games to play, there is basically no way for us to miss the playoffs if we win at least two more games (9-7 record). And one of our games is a home contest vs. the Vikings.
If we win three more times we'll challenge for the third seed. And if we win four more times, we'll have a great shot at the 2nd seed. BTW -- We only play one more team with a winning record and that is the Colts - A team that has some of the same consistency issues we have.
Baltimore is still in fantastic position for the second wildcard even though they've basically sucked all season.
On the other hand, look at the NFC. Carolina ha a chance to be the 6th seed with an 11-5 record.
