Makes me wonder what the poll results would look like if they would have included coaches of the past?

Chuck Noll would be up there at the top!

Now that I think of it, good old Chuck Noll is rarely talked about considering how successful he was?

Fortunately our own favorite resident troll, Beaker would have ended it all seeing Pete at the top of this list. The loss in the NFC CG to Seattle plus this would have been just too much for the little guy.

Chuck Knoll was a God and there should be a statue somewhere in Pitt to honor him.

The most important statue of Noll resides in Canton...

I have seen Beaker much since the NFC CG. I miss reading his "arguments" already.

If she's out there, she would remain in mourning for 2 more weeks. That is her MO.

Breaker is a girl? Or is that meant as an insult?

Sorry I am out of the loop...

I believe its an attempt at wit. Too bad most of us are not in middle school and actually like women.

I'm not surprised that Carroll is at the top of the list. He is maybe the most relaxed when it comes to managing his guys off the field and they are winning. Look at how He handles Lynch. Perfect example of why players would want to play for him. Not even mention how he handled Richard Shermans Tirade.

As far as Chuck Noel, it depends on what players are casting the vote. I would be willing to bet that players today would have no clue who he is, but if we are talking about a pool of players over the decades he might well be at the top of the list.

320 players , 32 teams would suggest that it would be 10 players per team. I doubt that. A 53 man roster per team has this count of players as 1,696 players to choose from. If you cherry pick players( none where named ) I could make a statement for any coach in the NFL at this moment for this BS survey.

Yea, 20% is small sample size. I'm sure Harby runs away with it if they ask everyone.

Hardly, but I think you might be a bit sarcastic here. Just saying without who voted and on what teams this kind of poll can be easily manipulated.
