I really liked how he made some plays (the nice one on special teams as well) and he just went back to the huddle. Maybe that is rookie humbleness, but Goldson would have danced around for a bit and got a 15 yard penalty.

Im very happy we have Reid. I just want to say Goldson was a good player for us. He put fear in WRs and QBs. He knocked out 2 Jets players today but also got called for 1 15 yard penalty.

Goldson was a partial victim of a deep S class this year AND the fact we have some more important pieces to lock up in the near future. Kap, Iupati, and Smith.

Goldson was certainly a harder hitter than Reid, Reid is a little faster I believe. He'll be just fine.

I will so that outside of his two missed tackles, I was extremely pleased with his performance and believed that he could be an impact FS, better than Goldson in the future if he continues to progress. I'm excited for his future. Now if we can only figure out what we will do with the CB position as Rogers is completely useless and Brown seems to be headed downhill as well.

Very impressive debut for the kid. Today was just one game but a very stout test against a very high powered offense. Kid made some plays, flashed on the field and made his presence felt. Very happy about his performance.
