Many games where he is just a game manager, it's actually the norm.Running game was working, so they did the smart thing. He's had several games this season where he's passed for many yards and even one where he went for over 400 yards.

He's 22-5 as a starter including 1-0 in the playoffs. Numbers aren't the only measuring stick. That's why I have Garoppolo 8 and Cousins 14. Until Garoppolo folds in a big game, he'll stay where I have him. Or possibly move up.
how bad was that list. How about now?
Been a long season and with one week left, I thought I'd throw out my personal, subjective view of how NFL QBs stack up with the year wrapping up.
1. Jackson - BAL
2. Brees - NO
3. Wilson - SEA
4. Mahommes - KC
5. Rodgers - GB
6. Brady - NE
7. Watson - HOU
8. Jimmy G - SF
9. Tannehill - TEN
10. Ryan - ATL
11. Allen - BUF
12. Prescott - DAL
13. Wentz - PHI
14. Cousins - MIN
15. Brissett - IND
16. Rivers - LAC
17. Goff - STLA
18. Stafford - DET
19. Lock - DEN
20. Carr - Oakvegas
21. Rudolph/Hodges/Roethlisberger - PIT
22. Mayfield - CLE
23. Murray - AZ
24. Trubisky - CHI
25. Jones - NYG
26. Winston - TB
27. Haskins/Keenum - WAS
28. Dalton - CIN
29. Newton/Allen/Greir - CAR
30. Minshew/Foles - JAX
31. Fitzpatrick - MIA
32. Darnold - NYJ
I'm guessing we'll see new QBs in Pittsburgh, Cincy, Carolina, and Miami next year. Others that should look for another QB are LAC, Indy, Detroit, and Jacksonville. Will have to see if Tampa and Tennessee are comfortable rolling with their current starters. Winston's leash seems unusally long for all the mistakes he makes, and Tannehill is a guy that always looks good but has yet to lead a team anywhere of importance. Vegas might begin a search for a new franchise guy, but I could see them sticking with Carr another year or two. I think the biggest question mark will be Chicago. Will the Bears stick with the young guy, even though he's regressed a bit?
And there are some good, young arms ready to lead the next generation of the NFL. Jackson, Mahommes, Watson, Lock, Dan Jones, and Murray all look like they could put up some nice numbers over the next few years. And the next couple drafts have some guys that look like they have a ton of talent. Even if just a couple of those guys translate to the NFL really well, the future of the position looks really bright.
If you asked me which team can be next year's version of the Niners or Titans then I'd pick the Lions. That team is jinxed and arguably gave up on their coach last year but if they actually get that offense healthy then on paper that should be a top 5 offense.Just seeing this now. I realize it's completely without merit or logic and just your personal feelings. But what puts Stafford at 18?
His numbers through when he got injured were phenomenal. The team at the time was a referee fixed game away from being division leaders. And previous to the injury he had 100+ start streak, I believe the longest or second longest in the league. So he's proven he's not injury prone.
Going into next season I'm thinking:
Tier 1
Wilson - SEA
Mahomes - KC
Tier 2
Watson - HOU
Brees - NO
Prescott - DAL
Jackson - BAL
Tier 3
Wentz - PHI
Stafford - DET
Rodgers - GB
Ryan - ATL
Tier 4
Brady - NE
Jimmy G - SF
Tannehill - TEN
Cousins - MIN
Murray - AZ
Allen - BUF
Lock - DEN
Jones - NYG
Darnold - NYJ
Goff - LA
Rivers - LAC
Carr - Oakvegas
Fitzmagic
Tier 5
Everyone else
Russell Wilson being weighed down by Brian Schottenheimer, though, is a huge handicap

i tried after the superbowl, he just ignored it.I really just looking forward to his reply, just to see if he is willing to adjust his list or if he is going to dig in further.

I saw that I forgot Big Ben but I honestly don't know how to rank him right now with the injury. If he comes back 100% healthy then he is probably the last name in Tier 2.jesus i know ben go hurt but worse than some of those?
Looking forward to it.Appreciate the bump. Did want to do a post-postseason update.
I'd have to say a much more realistic ranking then the OPs, not sure @Robotech will agree with it.

Can't deny Mahommes #1 anymore. And he'll probably stay there for a while.
