I didn't say Garapollo was "outstanding" today. But he was did enough to get the W. And against my 14th ranked QB. My rankings are accurate.

Not today you say? Maybe not today (although you did claim your rankings were vindicated, by Jimmy today) but you do think he's outstanding and he's not. If you were a 49er fan I'd understand, but your not, so maybe you just don't get football? It's not like this was the first game he had with stats like this. He's a marginal QB playing on a very good 49er team. I'd say he's the weakest link for the 49ers and when or if that link gets tested in the playoffs well...then we shall see.

You can't be rational with the irrational. I realized that with FFF and just ignored him after months.

He's 22-5 as a starter including 1-0 in the playoffs. Numbers aren't the only measuring stick. That's why I have Garoppolo 8 and Cousins 14. Until Garoppolo folds in a big game, he'll stay where I have him. Or possibly move up.

OK I can agree that he's tougher mentally then Cousins ( although be interesting to see him behind the same OL), but 131 yards 1TD 1Interception doesn't inspire thoughts of greatness, might even get people thinking game manager and with good cause.

Running game was working, so they did the smart thing. He's had several games this season where he's passed for many yards and even one where he went for over 400 yards.
