I got a Ninja Foodi for a Christmas gift. It is a pretty amazing machine. Pressure cooker, air fryer, broiler, roaster, slow cooker and dehydrater
all in one cooker.
Last night I pressure cooked a game hen with fresh herbs for
12 minutes then brushed with olive oil and air fried for 10
minutes till skin was crispy brown.
Delicious.
