Kid? Get outta here w/ that nonsense. So you expected me to know what you said a couple of pages ago? Instead of acting like a clown wouldn't it have been easier to mention that in the 1st place?
Well, I kinda did mention it. I just didn't give the post number.

I like you way better when you're high

Here's the thing with Lebron...I forget who it was I was listening to, but they made a good point that when Lebron feels "trapped" he moves on.

He felt trapped his first time in Cleveland because he felt like the Cavs couldn't do anything to improve the team and was looking at a career of 2nd and 3rd round playoff exits.

He felt trapped in Miami because he felt that Wade and probably to a little lesser extent, Bosh were getting old and less reliable. That would lead to the rest of his career being filled with 2nd and 3rd round playoff exits.

If he feels like Cleveland can't do anything to improve this team, he will leave for the same reason.

However, if the Cavs can convince him that they can improve the team around him, or actually do it before he makes his FA decision, then he will stay.
as a lakers fan i would be praying that lotto pick doesnt jump up tomorrow night, lol.....

if we get a little nick gilbert magic all the dreams of lebron leaving evaporate like morning fog.

So how do they improve?

Trade Love? For whom?

Trade the Brooklyn pick?
Gilbert won’t do that until LeBron commits.
Isn’t tonight the lottery?
At least the pick will be defined.

In theory, Covington ($10M) + Fultz ($8M)+ any picks gets you Kawhi ($20M). Trade Bayless and they would have around $35M to sign either PG or LBJ.

Folks also need the understand how the MLE works when you are over/under the cap....
Yeah, I don't pretend to be a capologist.

But, I didn't think it was the impossible scenario that some want to paint and I was just thinking one of those guys and Redick.

This scenario is much, much better than that and doable.

tomorrow is the lotto

a small chance the Cavs jump up.

the lotto has 5-6 hugely elite prospects...more so than any draft i can remember- the last big draft like this was the one with Wiggins, Embiid, Parker that had 3- and then a bunch of solid guys like Randle, Smart, Gordon, etc.

There are 6 GREAT guys in this one id order this way:

1. Doncic- amazing- a white poor mans Magic
2. Ayton-- Amare Stoudemire redux
3. J. Jackson- poor mans Anthony Davis
4. Bamba- poor mans Embiid
5. Bagley---- a very smooth and finished product SF/PF
6. Michael Porter Jr.---- injuries have held him back but at one time he was thought as the most talented player in the class which says something

then you have some other really really good prospects

7. Trae Young- Poor mans Curry
8. Colin Sexton- reminds me a little of John Wall
9. Mikal Bridges
10. Miles Bridges - reminds me a lot of Draymond- MSU tweener, great leader etc.
11. Wendell Cater Jr.

just for some comparison sake---- any of those top 11 would have had a case to go in the top 3 last year--- probably even #1.

Not necessarily, LeBron himself said he didn't want to go ring chasing back in '06..

"It's also important to me to make the team I'm on now the best. I don't want to go ring-chasing, as I call it; you know, going to a team that's already pretty established and trying to win a ring with them. I want to stay with the Cavs and build a champion."

LOL so, what exactly did he do when he left Cle for Miami???

Man, we need that Pistons pick in the worst way.

Please don't let it jump top 3.

Damn, that fucking sucks.

I remember he had brain surgery a few months back. But, haven't heard anything since.

That kid is the Cavs good luck charm for real.

Have to strongly disagree with that top 11 comment. I think people are vastly overrating this draft class. But we’ll see.

No you didn't mention the post # until your comment on the previous page. Instead you've told me I'm stoned, get my shit together & called me a kid. I made a joke about something you claimed in a specific comment (910). Then you started up for some unknown reason insisting you said something you didn't in comment # 917 about comment # 913. Now are you done w/ this nonsense?

a top 10 pick is GOLD in this draft.
Dude, I'd be happy with 12 and 13 as long as we get both.

The Clippers have a lot of holes.

Shit, the only place we don't have a hole is whatever forward spot Tobias Harris wants to play.

I love that kid.

So, I expect the Clippers to trade him any minute now...lol

Doncic is going to be amazing.

hes like if Ricky Rubio great a few inches and was a great shooter.

Id shit if the Cavs somehow could get him.

honestly id take him over any draft propect in the last 10 years besides Anthony Davis------ and id have to think about Simmons, Embiid, Wall, Rose-

id take Young or Sexton over Fultz in a second.

the elite-ness of the top 6 is undeniable.

All due respect but that’s insane. Neither of those guys are better prospects than Fultz was. We have the benefit of hindsight showing us that Fultz had a lost rookie season. I think he’ll come back next year and he’ll be fine.
