You better hope Fultz is a mini-Lebron :laugh3:

That's asking way too much. It could be a very long time (if ever) before another NBAer has the complete all around game & size that LeBron has. Although if Fultz is the pick I just hope he's the right fit for the Celtics.

After getting beaten behind the tool shed, they are trading that shit for Butler.

Or

They are absorbing Melo, if he consents, and trading Thomas.

Highly doubt they will trade that pick. They were not supposed to get this far anyway. They're ahead of the curve

Bc the C's dont have roster to beat this current Cavs roster.

As I just said, this team is ahead of the curve. I don't think anyone expected them to be the top seed and make the ECF. They're fine.

Before the season even started my biggest expectation was for them to just win in the 1st round. I'm happy w/ what the Celtics accomplished this year.

I would try to trade IT though unless you insist on bringing him back in 2018 when he hits the free agent market when he will be 29 approaching 30

How about IT for Whiteside?:noidea: My incorrect inside sources say Riley will be fired before the draft. And as a favor Ainge is willing to offer him a job as a beer vendor for next season. Dan Gilbert rulz!

Looks like Heat may have been toughest opponent for Cavs had it have happened.

I disagree.

They thought they were contenders.

Here's why: Al Horford

They didn't give a 31 year old Horford a max deal to be Canon fodder for the Cavs.

Fultz might be a beast......in a few years.

They don't have the luxury to wait until LeBron retires because decisions have to be made on guys who are almost due significant pay raises.

I have seen some people who subscibe to your thinking.

But, many more that don't.

Had they at least put up a decent 6 game fight against the Cavs, maybe you wait.

But, this?...nah.

take a lesson from Richard Jefferson-

Beal and the Wizards lost Game 7 of their second-round series against Celtics on Monday. As you can imagine, the Cavaliers didn't think highly of his comments. Cleveland forward Richard Jefferson called Washington a "very good team," but strongly said that he was out of line.

"It seems like the teams that are at home now want to start talking," Jefferson said. "Dion Waiters was saying that nobody wanted to see the Miami Heat, nobody wants to see the Miami Heat. Then Bradley Beal says nobody wants to [see the Wizards]. Well, if no one does, then show up. If you get there, then prove it.

Yeah, trade him and keep Fultz.

I bet the Knicks would give them Melo without a second thought.

Butler or George....nope.

I think they are getting Hayward, which is another reason I think they will trade the pick for Butler.

Thomas, Butler, Hayward, Crowder and Horford....not bad.

If not Hayward, Ibaka.

Only way Melo is in Boston is if Porzingis is coming with him.

So. Melo isn't coming to Boston.

Melo in Boston? I don't like you! How about that # 1 pick for Anthony Davis? I'd be cool w/ that.:D
