True, hes not a starter- but not having him hurts more IMO than many realize. Hes a big part of the heavy protect schemes as TE eligible. They dont have a FB on the roster, and I havent seen them run 2 back sets. Holmes is going to have to be instrumental as a hot read/ slant guy because the big guys arent going to have time to stretch the field blocking with 5. I see Cutler getting hit- a lot. IMO, theyll have to run the ball at least the number of touches seen in first meeting. Can the defense actually generate a pass rush? They didnt lay a finger on Rodgers in the first meeting. That cant happen again, especially since theyre worse off personnel wise.
