Early Week 8 betting lines

Mizzou is a home dog but Id definitely stay away from that game. Florida's offense is a hot mess but the only real action anyone has seen from Mizzou's new QB is the spring game where he threw too many interceptions. But he also kept the QB competition going with Franklin for a really long time. But we also don't know if the rest of Mizzou's team is good or bad because of that 3rd quarter in Georgia where they had their #1 CB injured and they played super conservative on offense. Or maybe Georgia was just better and Mizzou caught breaks getting them injured. Its hard to say

Well, I see it as ISU has the 102nd rated total defense and 82nd scoring defense vs the top rated offense in the country.

Lies, damn lies and statistics. Im not saying Iowa State hasnt deserved those numbers but Baylor's offense is not Oregon's offense

Initially, I liked the Iowa State AT Baylor game, but Baylor usually puts up a lot of points against Iowa State in Waco.

If the game was in Ames, Iowa State was the bet.

I also like Miami at North Carolina.

UCLA at Stanford looks interesting, but if I am taking an away team I would rather take one where I only giving up a TD or so against a 1-4 team.

They have had a full bye week to prepare for Texas Tech.

That is the game they have circled all season.
Tech ruined their start last year and they want nothing more than to ruin and derail the Tech season in return.

Tech is travelling to its furthest road trip to play an hour earlier start than normal.

This a week before the big showcase game with Oklahoma to prove its ranking.
