The 2nd week isn't back to back short weeks. Jarnnt already explained this to you.

By the way I use my cell for 99% of my SportsHoopla time and I see his teams and location.

I can’t see it on my iPhone? I can on my computer.
But what Jarntt didn’t take into consideration is they are on the road (traveling team) and Dallas gets to be at home every year. Not that huge of a deal and probably why the Eagles dropped their case.

It wasn’t a complaint of mine. I was explaining what I read in the paper because some people were saying Philly can’t get Dallas off their mind and other nonsense. It was just a fair competition issue I guess they didn’t care too much about.

Ok, I say the aren’t. But the last 23 years and 2 months they’re bottom 10 in playoff wins.
As long as were carving up history the Dallas Cowboys has a better record than the Philadelphia Eagles over the last 18 games.

What about since 2000. I remember McNabb going 9-1 vs Dallas.

And that is a great stat for Dallas because now a days that’s your Super Bowl

Unfortunately, the Eagles withdrew the proposal likely due to a lack of support. But it’s absolutely a fair gripe by Philadelphia.

Since Thursday Night Football began in 2006, the Cowboys have played just two Thursday road games … and neither were on short rest because they previously played on Thanksgiving the week before.

By comparison, the Eagles have played FIVE Thursday night away games on short rest in that same span.

So the point is:

Dallas and Detroit should be forced to play TNF AWAY games on short rest, just as every other single team in the NFL.

And no, playing a SNF game away and then playing a Thursday game at home is not really different from playing a regular sunday game away, and having to play on Sunday. In fact, of NE had to play a WC game on the West Coast on Sunday 4 PM, and play TNF at home the difference would be negligible with Dallas having to play San Diego away on SNF, simply due to difference in flight time.

And playing away games on short rest IS a disadvantage.

Proposal never mentioned that Dallas or Detroit should lose playing on Thanksgiving, BTW.

I make it up? I read it in the Philly paper. What you’re forgetting is the home team has a huge advantage
That doesn't make sense. Every team gets 8 home games and gets that advantage. Whether they are on Thanksgiving or another date it's the same.

It was a competitive issue and wasn’t because of Eagle fans. It’s not fair when they get back to back short weeks at home because it’s a lot harder for the traveling team.

When you use your phone on the Hoop you can’t see avi’s or locations (well at least not I’m my cell)
How is it back to back short weeks? They have played the next Thursday again and against teams that also played on Thanksgiving Day. The second week isn't a short week for them or their opponent.

and have won darn near twice as many playoff games in half the time in this league and that's with the last 20 years of futility

Between 1971 and 1996 the Cowboys have more Suoer Bowl wins than all other teams.

Life isn't fair.
Pull up your skirt libertard.
Doesn't mean that they can't fix obvious issues like this you imbecile.

How about we realize that it's a problem and do nothing about it because life isn't fair. ....Signed NW

But it’s every year on a short week for Dallas. Other teams get short weeks at home and on the road.

I was trying to be funny. But the Cowboys lack of playoff wins since the invention of the internet isn’t funny at all. It’s damn sad.

2018 Cowboys > Eagles.

As long as were carving up history I'm going to top any shit you toss against the wall.

That’s debatable after all the injuries we suffered. You need Pday or someone else to argue for you. I refuse to accept you as a Cowboy fan... cause you’re not
