This is the problem. howell is not recognizing and audibling out of the play to a quick pass to the hot read. The question is why? Inexperience? EB won’t let him? Other?
obviously play calling needed to adjust earlier. It’s clear how to play this team. Bring max pressure right up the middle. Howell has no where to step up in the pocket.
Exactly!! If it's inexperience, then JB is the better option. If they don't trust Howell, they won't have that issue with JB.

I think playing JB will be more of the same

I think that what a lot of people won't say about Rivera and his use of Howell to insulate himself from criticism is alarming. You know what I hear when Rivera uses that tired troupe "we have a young QB?"
Total self protective BULLSHIT!
His recent "I'm sticking with Howell" public utterance is nothing more than a continuance of sticking with every other failed QB experiment that he's hidden behind and I wouldn't be surprised if a player or two publicly voiced opposition to the same ole' shit!! ...Oh wait!

I don't disagree, but playing JB will give more stability, more experience and a little something extra for opponents to think about.

I think giving slinging Sammy Howell reps is more important then looking slightly better and still losing with JB . We should only see him if Howell is injured

Why??? Howell isn't the answer, I'm pretty clear on that at this point. Howell's entire role has been to insulate Rivera from deep evaluation and criticism. Good job Ron, for some it seems to be working, just not on me.
If as you say the team "looks slightly better," then the return on trades during the fire sale should match that and be "slightly better."

After 8 games you have determined he isn’t it ? Let’s say you are right , shouldn’t we still give him reps so he can be a BU for us ? We might win 5 games no matter who is starting

I think the blueprint is out.
I think the season is over. Yes, the team will get some wins, but it doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things. Just my 2 cents.
Honestly, this year never did matter. This was all an evaluation year for an owner that took control in training camp.

Your opportunity is this Sunday vs Philly. My guess is your team starts slow, shoots themselves in the foot and all coaches on the sideline look lost.
reason why all of them as well as the front office need firing asap
