Careful, some here think noodle arm is the answer next year.
I don't think so anymore. I could see him starting a few games if we totally fail on the QB front and just get a rookie to develop.

but I also see RR gone if that happens and we have another losing season at the end of year 3

Sigh. I like TH, but can admit that he’s not the answer. An accurate throw to Bates would have been a walk in touchdown.

That’s just the latest misplay by TH, who cannot make all the throws and also - most importantly didnt work on his timing / anticipation enough to make up for his lack of arm strength.

I think he’s an electric back up though. Perhaps the best backup in the league. I cant, for example, think of any other backup that won sic games this year.

I dont think his position should be guaranteed either. Sign a free agent qb, draft a Qb in the first round, and sign Kyle Allen to a modest one year deal, and let them all duke it out.

Look I am ok with picking a qb in round one if it’s value for where we pick .

Trading up to get a picket ( comped to next wentz ) isn’t something I want to gut drafts for

A reach is ok for me, but an absurd reach is not. Desperate times calls for desperate measures.
So you are ok with spending valuable resources to draft a player that may not be worth it? Thats a reach. We have been doing that for 20 years. How bout we try a different approach?

I overthrew it would've sufficed, Taylor.

2nd time in 3 weeks that a Skins pass catcher has been tripped up. The refs must have viewed both as incidental contact as no flags wetre thrown

I dont believe we have been doing that for 20 years. That’s an overstatement.

Allen wasnt a reach. Neither was Payne. Neither was Sweat or Young. That’s the past four years.

Davis doesnt look great, but we’ll see.
Doctson was a reach.

Kerrigan wasnt. Neither was scherff.

Every QB we have drafted in the 1st round has been a reach. More than once the team has extended multiple resources to get said QB.

We didnt trade up to get Allen, Payne, Sweat, Young or Kerrigan.

If there is ANY position this team should NOT reach for its QB. Because simply put, they have shit the bed every single time when they reach for a QB.

For no less than the fifth time - to you directly - I have stated that I dont believe in trading up for a qb.

I am not sure what it is that you dont get.

In any case, the wft should draft a qb early,
AT THEIR DRAFT SLOT (currently number 9).
