I am trying to understand the game plan here. This soft coverage is being picked apart and we are not getting any real pressure on Eli.

We are playing Chris Maragos at safety, a rookie at corner, Patrick Robinson at nickel. The strategy seemed to be to avoid big plays at all costs, and it is not a bad strategy...if you don't commit dumb turnovers and coaching decisions.

they should have put up more than 14 points

If they are going to play this soft we need to put pressure on the QB and that is not happening. You can't play that soft all game without any blitzing.

I agree. Pederson has been brutal today. His play calling has been horrible. The player that is destroying the Giants has only 11 carries. If this game is called right Blount would have more than 100 yard so far....probably heading towards 200

I don't understand why Blount is not used more. It's almost like Doug made up his mind that he was going to spread carries around and he is going to stick to it no matter what.

I think this game cements that Pederson is not head coaching material. He fucked this game up. His play calling has been brutal. It is like watching an Andy Reid reboot.....find something that has been working and abandon it.
