Kevin Warren just unleashing a thousand furies and firing Poles and Eberflus/Getsy/Williams IS a possibility. This season is going to be an absolute disaster. 5 wins…tops. Probably less.

Warren has to answer to the McCaskey family and the Bears have never been a team to make in season changes. The McCaskeys aren’t big fans of paying money to people after firing them and Poles/Getsy are due a lot.

I could see Getsy getting axed. But I’d be shocked to see any changes outside of that.

Fielding a winning team is important for that. These doofuses aren’t getting it done. Forget the small-minded “eating their contracts” mindset and I’ll get winners in here and make it back 100-fold in team valuation.”

Some random thoughts:

That screen play pick 6 at the end….It will be a long time before I get over it. Just baffling.

As irrational as it is, Kmet failing to convert that catch on the sideline miffs me too.

Fields taking an absolute terrible sack got bailed out by our kicker making a 50+ yard FG.

Being at the game, they gave us no replay…but should we have challenged the “fumble” by TB in the first quarter? The players were really pressing Eberflus hard to challenge, that I could see.
