Post Aaron Blair's season stats. He is still has a long way to go but he could be a guy to watch!

Post Aaron Blair's season stats. He is still has a long way to go but he could be a guy to watch!

They showed one of his starts during the all star break and he looked good. You can tell he is still very young and his stuff "wore out" early on. He only went 4 innings, but damn that fastball was impressive. If it doesn't work out as a starter, I could see him being an effective relief pitcher because of the sinking movement on that 94+ fastball. Again though like you said, he is still very early on in his development phase.

Aaron Blair: 6 starts, 23 IP, 3.13 ERA, 8 R, 8 ER, 2 HR, 16 H, 9 BB, 1.08 WHIP, 20 K, .203 AVG, 1.20 Ground Outs to Air Outs Ratio.

keep the updates coming, I love it!

Will do sir!

I could've sworn I heard that Davidson hit a homer in his first game back after the ASB... could be wrong but I'm almost positive he did.

I haven't even looked at this thread before now. Good job, Glory.

Edit: Oh, wait. I actually posted in this thread. Bath salts, not even once.

I'm guessing so. He really didn't do much to get his name in the hat.

No you are right, I meant to say since his "family matter days off" I was going to post his numbers after the futures game but they were just average.

Thanks, figured it was a good way to keep up with the youngsters.

Davidson will be another Mark Reynolds.

Is this good or bad?

Good: Reynolds sparked the team when he was called up in 2007 and has great power.

Bad: Reynolds is a strikeout machine and a terrible fielder.

I think Davidson will be a better fielder than Reynolds when he first came up. Not saying Davidson will be really good, just average. Davidson right now is definitely a K machine, but no where near the extent of Reynolds. Reynolds is in a league of his own, even just looking at his minor league days.

Davidson also has really good power, but it might not be on the same level of Mark. Mark tore up the minors, power wise.

Yeah, I saw that. I mean... not that big of a deal long term but I was excited to see what he could do in Mobile/Reno this year.
