Also yesterday:

Marco Luciano’s home run had an exit velocity 111.6 MPH and an estimated distance of 430 feet. Thats a missile, folks.
There has never been real concerns about his bat. He WILL have a MLB career. But that career will be limited if he is tied to DH.

Kyle Harrison yesterday:

5 IP
6 H
1 ER
0 BB
7 K

Ran the FB up to 98
He seems to be recovering well from a poor start to the 2025 season. I wonder how long before the Giants demote Roupp to AAA and/or Hicks to the bullpen.

I still have high hopes and expectations for Roupp, but I wouldn’t be opposed to giving him a breather in Sacto for a bit and let him work on what he has learned this past month+.

Let’s see if Harry is back. Or give the slot to Birdsong and call up a reliever instead (Harry?? Hjelli??)

I would also be okay with Hicks moving back to the bullpen but that obviously is a bit more difficult than demoting Roupp.

Maybe the issues were mechanical and not injury??

:hope:
The velocity is nice, but I will die on the hill that his ceiling is tied to improving his secondary pitches and overall command. He has flashed an improved slider at times in Sac this season. Hopefully he builds off that.

Tonight in Eugene, Rademacher went 5 innings, gave up 4 hits, no walks, 10 K's, and no runs. His ERA for the season is now 0.38.

Bandura is 3-3 and is up to .347 (and he has a stolen base)

In Richmond, Eldridge was 3-4 with a double and RBI (.280)

Brown was 1-4 with a steal of 2nd and a steal of home.
