San Jose got rained out tonight.

And last night Bryan Stow threw out the first pitch. Fun facts.

1 hit, 1 BB and 1 HBP, and all 3 ended up scoring.

Basically, dude had a beast of a game.

He retired the first 14 batters he faced, striking out 10. In the 5th inning with 2-outs he gave up the 3 baserunners consecutively and was pulled.

Being able to go multiple innings is one of the last things young kids add to their quiver. For a kid in his first full pro season to put a game like that together in his first start is SUPER impressive.

I still rate Beede higher right now, but only because he is more advanced. Bickford, I think, is the better prospect.

You never heard of him? He is a very legit prospect...

Honestly no, I don't follow the minor leagues hardly at all. Anything I know about it I get reading you guys.

But that is an awesome name I'm just sayin'.

I know everyone who follows the minors has their own way of doing it, and that's good. For me, this is nice and concise, one page:

2016 San Francisco Giants Minor League Affiliations | Baseball-Reference.com

Team stats, individual stats, pitchers, batters, links to everyone, sortable on anything and everything.

Thanks, Mays. They are missing a few players. One of which is Grant Watson, pitching for Augusta. He is 23 and from UCLA. A lefty, he has brilliant control, (5-1 K/BB). His career ERA in Rookie ball is under 2.

Could it be he hasn't played yet? No stats, no listing?

Hopefully a smaller left handed version of G Cole.

Is Watson a starter?
