the nfl will die without stadium revenue. its a majority of where player salaries are derived.
fanless games would kill the league. as with most others.

TV revenue is the biggest money maker though, you would think .... I’m not an expert, but more fans watch at home than in the stadiums ...

German Bundesliga is playing without fans. NASCAR is doing it. F1 is considering it.

TV revenue is huge but a football franchise has way more salaries than just the players and coaches. It doesn’t seem like a big deal for fans but without extra revenue there are thousands of layoffs directly with the franchise or through third party vendors.
