I like the choice. I think Bill Lazor is who the Fins need. He'll help Tannehill to develop & he'll help the team to run the ball better.

The Vikes have hired George Edwards, Fins LB's coach as DC.
I don't know anything about the guy, how was the LB corp. in his tenure?

For the most part pretty solid but they overhauled the position last year and they struggled at times. I wouldn't put that on the coach though due to the changes in personnel. Otherwise to be quite honest I'm a little surprised that he was hired away I've never heard his name come up much around here for DC....

The LBs werent bad last season but they certainly underachieved IMO - Yeah the turnover in personnel was a contributing factor - but, for the most part outside of Jordan and Jenkins, our LBs were fairly experienced. I think the entire D-coaching staff, except for maybe DL and CB’s coach need to go - which I guess means the LB coach needs to go and an upgrade at DC is certainly possible.

Well I might have posted before they actually named Edwards the DC. He is on the Vikes staff, but it's not certain he'll be DC just yet, he might end up LB coach.
But it seems Zimmer has worked with him before, and likes him.
