Miami Dolphins coach Joe Philbin guaranteed Thursday that the team will have a better workplace environment in 2014.
A fiery Philbin, who is at the scouting combine in Indianapolis, spoke publicly for the first time since the NFL released the Ted Wells report on Friday.
"We're going to look at every avenue," he said. "We're going to uncover every stone, and we're going to have a better workplace. I promise you that. I'm going to make sure that happens."
Philbin said again that he was unaware of the bullying of Jonathan Martin by fellow offensive linemen Richie Incognito, John Jerry and Mike Pouncey while it was going on. The coach's assertion was supported in the Wells report.
