I think it was my brother in law ... just before he quit (and after they handed out the bonuses)

Vancouver wins the Presidents' Trophy again, with 114 points, but loses the Western Conference final to Chicago in seven games.

no sir, I wouldn't not like this at all.

In all honesty if & it's a big IF Crosby comes back 100% & stays that way I could definately see the Penguins winning the cup. The fact they made the playoffs & took Tampa to 7 games with a bunch of AHLers & Staal was very surprising. Bylsma is able to adapt to whatever team he's given. He's quickly become one of the best coaches in the league.

So you want your team to lose a round earlier this year?

Don't forget about that under-the-radar Richard Park signing...

Second-seeded Pittsburgh disposes of the Rangers, Flyers and Lightning in the East en route to the Cup final. Chicago, No. 2 in the West, dispatches the Predators, Sharks and Canucks en route to the final.

I LOL-ed!

I actually think Neal is going to have a good year. If Steve Sullivan can stay healthy he'll be a steal for the Pens. The one thing Pittsburgh has that people don't talk about is DEFENSE. Their top 4 matches up with just about anybody. Heck Letang can play 30 minutes per night.

Neal, Staal and Sullivan need to produce. With Neal he is yet to prove it in a Penguin uniform. The biggest difference from the playoffs last year vs this year is they will have Malkin on the ice. That alone might help but they are not winning the Cup without Crosby.

As for the Defense they are good but early last year when they were hurt they were exposed using the 6,7,8 on the depth chart. I agree if healthy they are a top group.
