It just seems like he's trying to sit back and let Bo dig his own grave, but the son of a bitch is teflon with this stupid ass 9 win ceiling.

It's OKAY to go in another direction if you feel like you've hit a wall. What is it with it being so frowned upon to make a change? It's a BUSINESS decision. You work for the state and the state isn't satisfied.
