Yep but only pitching Hader every other day is beyond dumb.

I hate managers who plan things out so far ahead of time. This was my problem with Boone in the series vs Boston.

Yeah that’s always a weird strategy.

Post season managing has broken me for the last 3-4 years. Everyone completely changing how they manage.

Yeah, it didn't completely fail but it wasn't perfect either.

Either way, bullpen use is the one part of baseball that makes bar stool managers look good.

Seriously at some point, it isn't about how the pitchers are managed -- it's about professional players either failing or succeeding on their own against other equally qualified players.

Did our team choke or did their team stage a glorious rally? Depends on which team you root for.

Over the course of 162, the extreme analytics and planning things out might work out in the long run. In a short playoff series, you've gotta adjust quickly on the fly.
