While Duffy is not guaranteed a long, generational contract, it is WAY too early to write him off. Over the last couple weeks, for example, over his last 10 games, he is batting .324. He will never hit like Arenado. He will never be a superstar. But I think he can be a solid, fringy all-star level player. The dude has one of the highest baseball IQs to come out recently. Dude was making adjustments mid-AB last year, as a rookie. At least we're seeing Duffy was a bit of a fluke offensively. But he is a good defender.
Giants should be looking for a long term fit there.
I'm still amazed that Crawford became such a good hitter. But the Giants must have an amazing coaching staff. Cause they have more success turning bad minor league hitters into good hitters than any team i can think of.

As for the Giants turning "bad minor league hitters" into good hitters...
Belt - was a minor-league phenom.
Panik- while I expected him to be OK, his first year and a half in the Show shocked most Giants fans. This year has been rough.
Crawford - he was a BIG prospect while at UCLA, but got into a hitting funk that allowed the Giants to take him in the 4th round in '08. But he always had a bit of pop, and he always had a BA hole. He has exceeded most expectations with his bat, but I don't think he has exceeded his perceived ceiling.
Duffy - he had no bat in college, but he "dominated" every level in the minors. He had no pedigree, so he had to "prove it" at every step. Even when he was called up, it was almost as a last resort type of strategy due to the 2B problems the Giants had in '14.
What do you have a freaking map of Delaware on your bedroom wall or something? If so, I don't even think you are reading it right. Middletown is like 25 minutes from Newark and isn't on either "end of the state". (the name "middletown should have been a clue).@Omar 382 I can keep going.. like the fact that the 2010 Delaware State championship was between 3 teams... Brandywine, M-O-T (about 30 minutes from Newark), and Middletown (on the absolute opposite end of the state).
So besides the dad being a "pro" baseball player, what else would you like to admit to?
Yeah, no.
Can you name five people on this board that like you? That would vouch for you? How about three?

These discrepancies have given me no choice but to call into question any and all research you claimed to have done into Omar's Little League career.
Duffy (and Panik) are BABIP outliers because of how they control the bat. They are both primarily spray hitters, so their BABIP should naturally be higher.Disagree on crawford minus the draft stock part: Brandon Crawford » Statistics » Batting | FanGraphs Baseball
those numbers aren't very good.
Duffy's big numbers were always super BABIP infused as he's never shown big power, he showed more power with the giants last year than in any minor league stop minus one 26 game stint in 2013. Now that his BABIP isn't outrageous his numbers are down. But his BABIP now is a little low so he's likely a bit better than he is right now as well.
Well that's not really an accurate statement. I have no problem with gay people, but it's just not something I'm into or know much about. Hell, I don't even know how many dicks come in a standard size box or bag.Omar's boyfriend to the rescue. Good work.

But more importantly, all I was saying in the previous post is that if you are going to question something as important as someone's Little League accomplishments, you better make sure to dot all your "i's" and cross your "t's" .

One theory as to why Duffy has struggled this year is that teams have implemented a reverse-shift on him, and he had some trouble reverting to a pull swing. He has been working on that and supposedly has found some success. If he is able to add the pull to his arsonal, he will be back to his .300 ways with a high BABIP in no time.
Sure you can. Now name 5 guys on the MLB forum that like youI can name more than you can, fatso.
As a dick bag packager... i can tell you that there are 3 different size bags, small medium and large... the thing is that we measure by weight, so the number of dicks may always be different... we do sometimes do themes, but our customers tend to like bags with different size and colors...
YOU'RE the guy who fills up all of the dick bags? I've been looking for you for a while man, a relative of mine had some issues with a bag I sent as a gift two Christmases ago and I've never been able to get any straight answers about it.
What? Sorry, your speech is slurred with all that cock in your throat
Last thing I'll say about this: Fuck Middleton. You'd have to be a fag to live there. Middleton, NJ looks like a nice place to live though, but I haven't been
what was the problem?? please don't tell me you found a miniature omar doll in the bag...
I played for Newark National Little League
A lot of the blame for this modern trend in thinking can be placed on Michael Lewis' shoulders, imo.
