What does this mean?

Play with 2 cans of balls. You only touch the Penn balls, your opponent only touches the Wilson's. Easy.Bump? Any idea?
If you're playing together, I don't see the big deal about having sperate balls. If there is any virus on them, that survives, impacting your racquet is going to spread them in your area.Play with 2 cans of balls. You only touch the Penn balls, your opponent only touches the Wilson's. Easy.

I figure this is more about people on other courts. Just give them a little kick. Even though I am more "cavalier" about the Rona than some people, I do still cringe a little when someone else picks up my ball and tosses it to me.
I only play with people I know and trust. The separate balls thing is not effective, ut probably not necessary anyway. A glove on the non dominant/tossing hand would probably be more effective.

I would likely still play with someone I don't know though. I am getting way too trusting with the whole thing lately.
Do you play on a wall? There are a couple good ones on campus that I've practiced on. There's one in one of the parks nearby that's not as good, too, if I feel like it.No one I know has wanted to play yet.
I played some doubles on Friday, just for fun. Had some good shots, but I was missing easy ones that really irked me, including a killshot overhead that I just dumped into the net. I hate those shots.
I need to go out and just smash groundstrokes one afternoon.Been windy here so its been rough but still better then not playing. Played doubles 5 times in 8 days now. Pretty sore now though. Will need at least a couple days off.

If nothing else, I like it for the exercise.I don't like playing on a wall.
There is one park I know that has a wall. I might have to do that, if people keep not wanting to play, just so I can get some repetitions in. There is only one wall though, so if it's in use, I'll probably just go back, or ask how long they'll be using it for.
no USTA tennis this year. We put together mixed doubles teams at the beginning of the season before it all got cancelled, but never got a chance to play, so we are doing a fun league instead. Results aren't being sent to USTA (I don't think) and it's just something to get us out and playing again.
Played my first match in a while on Saturday morning. My serve was on, couldn't get my down the line forehand to be a weapon. It was a good, long match that we ultimately lost, but well played. Felt good to be on a court again playing competitive tennis.
