Yes, we are a running team first. Harbaugh seems to forget that sometimes.

I don't think it's a matter of forgets but overthinks it at times.

In the offensive coaches head they thought the Giants were going to focus on stopping the run which in turn should leave the defense susceptible to the passing attack.

It worked last season in our regular season game against them but that's the problem as well. They were ready this time for the same plan since it had worked well against them before.

We were better off sticking with the run and keeping at it till we hit a brick wall with it.
