This whole thing reminds me of the 49ers/Ravens SB when Chris Culliver made his infamous anti Gay remarks and it caused a negative media storm around the team, this seems like a much more distracting situation and I find it hard to believe the team isn't gonna be affected when the step out onto U of Phoenix stadium in 2 weeks.

As a seattle fan, the whole thing just stinks. This is going to be one of those where winning or losing carries and asterisk in a lot of fans minds. Really hurts the game for everyone.
I am watching the shows and reading the latest and just feeling sick about it. Right now the Patriots are being crucified in the media. Yet we still don't know the exact details.

And regardless of the final outcome, the damage has already been done. Its just ugly.

Doesn't really matter. Seattles D is going to punch the pats in the mouth. NE hasn't experienced a defense like Seattle will bring.

I remember NE struggling vs the Jets in the second matchup this year. and the jets are a poor poor poor mans Seattle.

I don't think this will really impact the games. Last year people were questioning whether Richard Sherman's rant would distract the Seahawks and get them off their game.

It is a distraction for the front office and coaches. The players can all plead ignorance.
