Those unis were perfectly fittingly ugly for an ugly loss. Because I seriously doubt that losing to my Vikes this year will turn out to be anything short of embarrassing, especially getting beaten down at home with MN on the road.

Jones did very little for 3 years and then played pretty well in year 4. The Giants had 3 realistic choices: franchise tag him, pay him $80M guaranteed over 2 seasons with a team option 3rd year at $30M, or find another QB. It's easy for an outsider to pick option 3 when you don't have skin in the game, but the Giants GM and HC probably didn't have 2 more losing seasons to find an alternative.
